Meet the Author

Tansill Johnson received her English degree from Goucher College and her master of arts in international relations from Salve Regina University. She worked for the U.S. Army in public affairs for over thirty years. She is a mother and a grandmother and is known as “Mooma” to all her grandchildren. Over the years she has read hundreds of books to her grandchildren and was inspired to write fun, simple stories drawn from real-life experiences. She is also the author of Mooma and the Mouse and Who Is Mooma?

Meet the Illustrator

Andrea Pinter was born and raised in Hungary but left in 2000 to explore artistic possibilities abroad. Today she and her husband have two boys and live in Urbanna, Virginia. She works in pastels, oils, acrylics, watercolors, leather and textiles. While her primary focus is portrait painting, she is also a designer of one-of-a-kind apparel, purses and accessories.
